Platinum Sponsor | $5,000

  • Exclusive Sponsorship of one of the following events: Monday Lunch, Monday Reception, Tuesday Lunch, or ½ Sponsorship of Tuesday Luau Banquet.
  • Four (4) Complimentary conference registrations
  • One Complimentary (1) conference exhibit space

Gold Sponsor | $3,500

  • Exclusive Sponsorship of one of the following events: Monday’s Breakfast, Tuesday Breakfast, Monday morning or afternoon break, Tuesday morning or afternoon break.
  • Three (3) complimentary conference registrations
  • On (1) complimentary exhibit space
  • Logo included in the conference program, banners, and signage.

Silver Sponsor | $2,500

  • Two (2) complimentary conference registrations

Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor Information– $500

Registration Deadline: Space is limited so please have your information turned in no later than October 4, 2021.

Exhibit Hall Space Details: Unless otherwise requested, you will be provided an 8 x 8 booth area with one table and two chairs. Exhibit booths will all have black drape backdrops and black drape backs with black table cloths on the tables. Access to an electrical outlet must be requested. You will be responsible for your own display and the ordering and payment of any additional items such as audio/visual equipment, telephones, and internet access.
The Lodge can help with preferred vendors.

Lodging and Travel Reservations: All exhibitors will be responsible for making their own hotel and travel reservations.

Exhibit Shipment: All exhibitors are responsible for the shipment of their exhibit materials to and from the hotel. Exhibitors are responsible for set-up, tear down, staffing their exhibit, packing, and return shipment cost. All arrangements should be made through the conference hotel.

Scheduled Exhibit Hall Events:

  • Set Up: Sunday, October 17, 2021, 4:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m. or Monday, October 18, 2021, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
  • Tear Down: Tuesday, October 19, 2021, 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Exhibit times begin Monday, October 18th, at 9:00 am and continue until Tuesday, October 19th at 4:30 pm.

EXHIBITORS ARE PROVIDED WITH ONE (1) COMPLIMENTARY CONFERENCE ATTENDEE. IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER THEM THROUGH THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.
